In shadows deep, I find my way,
Through realms of night, where shadows sway.
A world unseen by mortal eye,
Yet beauty dwells, I testify.
In darkness, I’ve discovered light,
A different sense, a different sight.
For though my eyes may never see,
My heart perceives what’s meant to be.
I hear the whisper of the breeze,
The rustling leaves among the trees.
Each note of songbird’s sweet refrain,
Paints a canvas in my mind, unchained.
The scent of flowers in the air,
Their fragrant secrets, they declare.
I touch the petals, soft and kind,
Their gentle presence fills my mind.
In tactile whispers, stories told,
As Braille on pages, thoughts unfold.
With every word, a world anew,
In boundless tales, my spirit flew.
In faces etched by smiles or tears,
I sense the joy, confront the fears.
Emotions raw, they paint a face,
In the contours, love I embrace.
In love’s embrace, I find my way,
In every night and every day.
Blind, yet I see a world so bright,
With senses keen, I feel its light.
For blindness is but one small part,
A chance to find what’s in the heart.
In my world, I’ve come to find,
A beauty rare, in every kind.
